To ensure smooth shopping experience, please be aware of our exchange/no refund policy:

1.No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products purchased.

2.Exchange policy: Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. For international purchases exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

3.Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition. 

4.Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

5.Damaged or Defective Items: In the case of receiving damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
